Chapter Twelve

When they left the bar, Bogs offered to drive Sadie’s car back to her place while Roxanne and T followed him. She was in no shape to drive but Stone was completely sober. He would take his truck.

“It’s my car, Stone, it’s not fair to make them do it. How about you and I follow Bogs back in your truck so T can drive Rox home?” Sadie reasoned.

Stone shot down that idea immediately. “No fucking way, they’ll do it. I need to get you in my bed. Now!”

Everyone laughed except for Sadie, who turned bright red. She didn’t say another word after that.

Roxanne threw her arm around Sadie. “Thanks, girl, tonight was epic!”

Stone watched as the two girls drunkenly wobbled through the parking lot to the cars. He laughed when they started to sing some ridiculous song. They were completely off key. They were horrible. But there was a sweetness of the scene that played in front of him. His sister and his woman, laughing and bonding together. Stone wanted that, he wanted Sadie to be a part of his life, with his family.

“She pukes in the truck, I’ll kill her,” T joked, gesturing to Roxanne.

They reached the cars and after a long drawn out hug, the girls separated. Roxanne got into T’s car and Bogs into Sadie’s. They watched them take off before Stone turned to Sadie. She shivered from the cold and then looked over at him.

“What?” she asked, a small smile playing on her lips.

Stone shook his head. “Nothing.” He took her hand and they walked to his truck. He opened the door for her to hop in but she stood staring at him with a curious look.

“What were you thinking back there?” She wobbled a bit, still a little tipsy.

Stone leaned down, so they were eye level. A small smile played on his lips. “I was thinking about how much I want to fuck you.”

He expected her to be shocked or a little surprised but she wasn’t. She stared at him and her eyes got a lustful glimmer. She smiled at him again.

“You wanna know what I’m thinking?”

“What?”

She leaned in close to him, her mouth at his ear and whispered, “About how much I wanna taste you.”

Stone immediately went from semi erect to hard as a rock. He wrapped her in his arms and lifted her up to the truck. He had to get her in his bed quick, otherwise he’d fuck her right here, right now in the parking lot. He slammed the door, stalked over to the driver side, and got in the truck.

He started the truck and put it in reverse but he had to slam on the brakes because Sadie crawled on top of him and was now straddling him. Her hands were on his chest and her mouth on his neck.

“I can’t wait, I want you now,” she said in between kisses.

Fuck! He could not take her in the parking lot, he knew that. But she was making it damn hard to say no.
